ABOUT US

Meet Jessica Rideout

Hi there! I’m Jessi, mama to 2 crazy senior aussies Zoe and Apollo. I am a lifelong dog lover dedicated to enhancing the health, safety, and wellbeing of our canine companions and a firm believer that life is better with fur, slobbery kisses, and the occasional muddy paw print.

I’m certified as an instructor in pet first aid and CPCR by The Pet Safety Crusader – because knowing how to save a dog’s life is just as important as knowing how to sit, stay, and roll over (for humans too). I also studied canine massage therapy at Holistic Animal Studies so I can help pups relax those sore muscles after a long day of zoomies.

Previously, I ran Pirates’ Paws, an aquatic canine fitness center, where dogs could swim their way to better health (and maybe pretend to be tiny sea captains for a while). I’m a total dog nutrition nerd, always researching ways to keep our furry friends thriving from the inside out.

At the end of the day, I’m just here to make dogs’ lives happier, healthier, and full of love – and to hopefully pass on my knowledge to help you do the same.

Why trust me?

My work is guided by three core values:

  • Confidence through knowledge

  • Empathy through passion

  • Skill through practice

What makes me unique?
